[LON-CAPA-admin] Bounced email messages

Hi,

We seem to be seeing more and more cases where students improperly set an 
external forwarding email address within loncapa.  This results first in them 
not getting messages where they expect, and second in all those messages 
being bounced back to us.  How do others deal with this?  Do you collect 
these messages and try to find the students that created the problem?  Do you 
simply send the messages into the bit bucket?  Something in-between?  Is 
there a convenient way to remove failing external addresses?
