[LON-CAPA-admin] Separate server for High Schoolers

Hi Mark,

Scenario 2 is definitely a lot of hassle, a new school has to be 
included into the production domain - on top of that you need to have 
a separate domain name for each school. The drawback with unique name 
space for scenario 1 is really not an issue if you go the school 
student id route. It is logical the way to go. Sometimes we do not 
need to be overly cautious.

I have noticed that using the capital "K" in fsuK12 causes problem 
for students who go to the fsu loncapa.fsu.edu server since they 
almost always type in fsuk12. I filed a bug report to make the domain 
field to be case insensitive.

All I can say is that it works pretty well using a single domain.
