[LON-CAPA-admin] course could not be initialized at this time

I suspect that the .sequence files (specifcally default.sequence) is
corrupted or deleted.

Find the course id number (the syllabus link is a good spot)

Take a look in

/home/httpd/lonUsers/ndsu/c/o/u/courseid/userfiles/

There should be a default.sequence file.

It should contain multiple

<resource id="XX" src="XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" title="XXXXX"></resource>

If it doesn't you'll likely need to restore the files in this
directory from back up or recreate them.
