[LON-CAPA-admin] course could not be initialized at this time

I just found out that one of our professors was trying to upload a  
file (unsuccessfully due to the full hard drive) when he first saw  
the initialization problem...could that have put his course in some  
strange state where the course is waiting for that file to be  
uploaded?  I have the file he was trying to upload.  Could I possibly  
copy into into the directory where LON-CAPA is trying to find it?

This may be completely unrelated, but I thought I'd mention it.
