There should be the directory /root/loncapa-2.0.2

If that directory isn't there you need to download lon-capa and untar
it:

cd /root
wget http://install.loncapa.org/versions/loncapa-current.tar.gz
tar xzvf loncapa-2.0.2.tar.gz
