[LON-CAPA-admin] SPRS users will want Spreadsheet.pm 1.57

Hi All,

For those using SPRS, revision 1.57 will fix some performance issues
with the spreadsheet. (It was invalidating the caching of information
to aggressively.)

Also for thos of you using part names with _ in them you'll likely
want 1.51 of assesscalc.pm
