[LON-CAPA-admin] Unable to find ...

Hi,

We've gotten a few of these:

Mon Nov 7 16:27:00 2005:  Unable to find 
/home/httpd/html/res/ohiou/tipler/ch11/tipler11-013.problem

for two different problems.

What might cause this? (the problems are there and 99.9% of the time they 
are found).
