[LON-CAPA-admin] Monitoring Network traffic

Hi,

oucapa2 is behaving a bit buggy on me. It's really slow to reconnect to 
the access servers when they want to reconnect after a timeout.

I'm looking for a good number, or set of numbers, I can monitor under FC3
(preferably something under /proc or the command line that I can parse out 
easily). I'd like to see if these incidents are correlated with large 
network traffic.

Does anyone have a suggestion of something that's built into FC3?

As well, anyone know of any FC3 bugs that would make the system get
sluggish periodically?
