[LON-CAPA-admin] Publisher domains

Hi All,


Just a reminder, the publisher domain machine (s17) is moving
tommorrow around noon.

You need to either 

- update to version 1.3.3

OR

- install the attached hosts.tab file
- restart httpd and loncontrol
