[LON-CAPA-admin] Domain Designs and Other Info needed

At Penn State Erie we have ~170 students using LON-CAPA this semester. This 
was our first semester under LON-CAPA and we only used it in one class. 
Based on the success of this semester I expect that we'll roll it out to 
additional classes in the Fall.
