[LON-CAPA-admin] Moving files between co-authorship accounts

For users who have several co-author roles.  There should be a way, in the 
browser interface for them to readily move numbers of files from one account 
to another.  Currently ssh or scp seems to be the only way to do this?  
However, I believe it should not be required for author/users, in general, to 
be granted ssh access to the library servers. No?
