[LON-CAPA-admin] httpd consuming 99+% CPU

Hi Hon-Kie,

Is this already version 1.99.1?

If not, this is likely going to be a stuck tth-call - fixed in  
1.99.1. For now, kill -9 on those two processes is the (sad) answer.
