[LON-CAPA-admin] Bubble Sheet Exam Printing

Hi All,

In 1.3.1 Printing of Bubble sheet style exams ignores the format
attribute. (I.E. it always prints the full computed value of the
numbers.)

There is a fix for this in place for an eventual 1.3.2 release which I
am targetting for release around Jan. 24th.

If anyone needs the fix for this before then let me know, it is only a
couple line change to one file.
