[LON-CAPA-admin] Custom role

I defined a custom role which has all privilges checked (including 
"browse resources"). When I choose the role, I do not have a "RES" 
button. When I go into course DOCS and try to import resources, I get 
an empty //res/ directory. If I press "Home", I get:
Access  : Browse resources
Resource: /res/huji/
Action  : Access Denied
How do I grant permission for a custom role to browse resources?
