[LON-CAPA-admin] help with permissions

auugghhh!  when backing up and upgrading, i totally messed up the  
permissions/ownerships of just about every file imaginable.

now i can't publish any documents from the construction space.

can anyone help out with what permissions for publishing should be,  
or point me to a document that shows the permissions/ownerships  
information.
