You're not kidding!!! You probably already know this, but these are the
permutations, etc I've found using Firefox on Linux, without the TeX fonts:

Set as TeX to HTML:
My resource views fine. In fact, perhaps the best of all three options.
On the "Pref" page, tth sometimes renders the integral or parentheses, and
sometimes not.
On the "Pref" page jsMath doesn't give me the fraction or the superscript.

Set as jsMath:
On the "Pref" page jsMath looks pretty good, but with very fat integral and
parentheses.
tth still doesn't render integral or parentheses, but at least the diamond
symbols are in a better location. But when I view it a 2nd time, the tth
does render fine.
My resource views reasonably well.

Set as images:
In "Pref" jsMath doesn't render superscript or frac, tth sometimes renders
My resource is reasonable, but the image appears to be pretty darn small.
Probably because I'm running 1600x1200.
