Sorry I wasn't able to get to this yesterday.


Hon-Kie pulled out some good pointer on ways this can occur.

Basically either the problems had to have the part ids change, or the
user rmeoved and readded the problems to the course.

If you need help restoring things to the old ids let me know and we
can get the course fixed up.
