[LON-CAPA-admin] wysisig editor

Hi Mark -- I had the same issue.  I only use the wysiwig editor in the 
discussion.  I had it on writing a problem last week and it left strange 
characters in the problem.  Luckily, Guy's debugger caught the 
characters and I switched editors and got them out.  Should this be a bug?
