[LON-CAPA-admin] Slowdowns in NAV?

Hi,

I'm still running 1.2 (I hope to bump to 1.2.1 this weekend).

I've been giving timed reading quizzes. I had a student mention that this 
morning, with no significant load on the system (I checked my monitors 
later this morning).

Does anyone know what things might be causing this? Can an Apache child 
get really sluggish?
