[LON-CAPA-admin] access servers not working properly

Hello,

I've recently added access servers to our regime here at NDSU.  I'm able to
login to them (proteus.physics.ndsu.nodak.edu and triton...), but when I
select the course coordinator role for my toy course, or the teaching
assistant roles I have for our actual courses, I get a screen that says, in
giant red letters so I know it's important, "Could not initialize course at
this time."  Then in not-so-important, smaller blue letters it says, "Please
try again."  Followed by that in larger blue letters is "Map not loaded: The
file does not exist."  Then I get sent back to my "roles" screen.

What's going on/How do I fix it?
