[LON-CAPA-admin] access server installation correction

Hi,

I was mistaken about the oldcdrom.img file recognizing the cdrom...the
driver it selects off that driver disk is the Parallel-port IDE CDROM
(pcd)...then it installs the parport module.  Don't think this is right,
that's why it can't find the install CD in any of the drives.
