Bombs can be cleared out in two ways:

* when clicking on the bomb at the individual resource level, there is  
a button "Delete Bombs"
* bombs get cleared on re-publication, presumably after their cause has  
been fixed
* there is an active bug to allow clearing of bombs recursively on a  
directory level
