Aye you should recreate these and publish them as obsolete.

This will clear the errors and is the correct way of removing
resources from being seen.

If you want to do this by hand.

These messages are stored in the 'nohist_res_msgs.db' in the author's
data directory (/home/httpd/lonUsers/....)
