[LON-CAPA-admin] Two copies of LON status/rpm upgrade reports

There are three files: loncapa, loncapa.lpmlsave and sysstat. The two 
loncapa files are almost identical. I removed the ..lpmlsave.

Hopefully that will get rid of the duplicates.
