[LON-CAPA-admin] Revoking roles

Hi Lars,

We just tested that here at MSU.

We could revoke any role for which either the user was in the domain 
coordinator's domain, or the role was in the domain coordinator's 
domain.

To do so, as domain domain coordinator, use the CUSR button, and enter 
the user's username and domain.
