The plan here at MSU is to stay with RedHat 7.3.  That said, I am actively
working on the installation for Fedora (or whatever the name will be once
the various Fedora projects get their heads together) and I expect it to
be complete early next week.

At this time I would recommend staying with RedHat 7.3 for most users.
