[LON-CAPA-admin] problems accessing resources

Ron,

Thanks - I'm having the same problem accessing your resources: I can see
the names and directories of resources, but not actuallty see the
content of the resource. I get the sae 503 message:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to
maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
