Dear Dr. Jensen:
It is better to do a cvs update.
In the future,
http://install.lon-capa.org/versions/unstable_latest/loncapa.tar.gz
will be automatically updated on a periodic basis.
But until then, the absolute latest distribution would come
from a cvs update.
