Optimized overview and navigation in installation guides:
- Added links in overview which point to the main steps
- Added numbering to main step headlines (corresponding to numbering in overview)
- Added two <hr> to separate main steps from header and footer
- Removed some trailing blanks
- Changed some <h2> to <h3> as they are sub sections from the <h2> section above
- Corrected distribution name "Fedora 9" (was 8)
