[LON-CAPA-admin] Expire session

Hon-Kie,

My understanding is that the check is only done with the cron job in the early morning.
If you set to 50 minutes, that means that at 3AM or whenever, anyone who
hasn’t accessed their account since 50 mintues preceding will be expired.
