[LON-CAPA-admin] 32-64 bit conversion

Todd,

It's been several years, but I'm remembering something on the order of  
30 minutes to a couple hours.

 From my understanding the system needs to essentially convert all the  
db files.

You could possibly clone off the file system and check the timing,  
though that may be more trouble than
it's worth.
