[LON-CAPA-admin] course problem versions differ between servers

Sounds like somewhat different symtoms than what I observed, here,
back in Jun. However I believe our problem originated from the system
time on one server being out of sync by about 10 minutes. The result
was that one access server missed some Docs sequence changes that were
correctly included in the xml sequence files on all the other servers.

I guess I'd suggest checking the date on all your servers (especially
the library server) to see if ntp is set up and working as it should.
