New Version 2.3.2 Released

This is a bugfix release. It's highly recommended to be installed.
(Especially those of you doing scantron exams)

Notable Changes from 2.3.1:
- formularesponse
   - considers all sample points for deciding correctness
   - works correctly when sampling at a singularity (divide by zero)
- scantron grading of numerical and formula response problems
was failing to assign a grade
- spreadsheet's EXPANDSUM works correct if the same parameter string
  occurs multiple times
- spreadsheet invalidates cache on any changes to any spreadsheets
  in that course
- eliminating some lon-capa 1.1 compatability code that was
interacting poorly with library servers running in Single Sign-on
  Mode
- support for Fedora Core 6
