[LON-CAPA-admin] Suse 9.3/loncapa 2.3.0 access server not starting

This is a fresh install.
So I followed the directions at install.loncapa.org
I had to get the new HTML-Parser direct from the loncapa repository.
I had to tweak the RootDirectory in /etc/html/httpd.conf as reported by
the install script.
I now get a few "target file newer than . . ." warnings, but that's it.

After starting loncontrol and apache, I get
# ps auxw |grep http

When I point a browser to the machine, I get nothing. As DC, if I try
to post an announcement to the machine, I get a con_lost. I also didn't
get the usual email announcing that everything has started up.

We're poking around here, but any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Todd
