[thedump] gap analysis of TheDump/Chemistry folder

Hello Dump People!  Here's the path to a file to look at next time you're in 
LonCapa: 

/thedump/Chemistry/000_HELPWANTED.htm 

What is this file? 

It's a table comparing what's in TheDump/Chemistry to what's in the state's 
content standards.  I made this table over the past couple days, and I'll be 
the first to tell you I probably made some mistakes, but I think it's a fair 
assessment of what we have. 

What (if any) action should be taken to fill the gaps?  I'm sending this 
message to see what anybody has to say.
