[thedump] Funding for THEDUMP - Documentation

Hi,

The last round of RET Supplement requests showed that we have outgrown 
the boundaries of that competition - we already needed to cut down on 
individual support packages, and will not be able to support the 
planned workshop within the RET framework.

Whether we look for alternative federal or private funding, we will 
need to document our efforts. I have started a site for THEDUMP at

and as you can see - it's empty. We need

* success stories
* essays about the philosophy
* "best practices"
* quotes
* photos
* movies
* etc, etc, etc, ...

In addition, we are planning to send a video team to Grand Ledge for 
additional footage to the interviews seen in DC, and produce a 
promotional video.

Please assist us in building up THEDUMP's online identity by providing 
materials to make us look as good as we are.
