[LON-CAPA-users] Adding Main Crs. Docs to old course

You cannot do this in the middle of a running semester.

Between semesters:

* Open a new course, and use the old top-level map as one resource. You 
can then add to the front and the back of the course.

* Alternatively, open a new course, and "Load Map" for the old 
top-level sequence. That will import all old chapters separately.
