[LON-CAPA-users] uploading test scores

	Is there a way (standard or tricky) to upload test scores to LON-CAPA?  We
have Blackboard at NDSU and I'd like to cut them out completely.  The only
foothold they have is a convenient way to upload test scores from in-class
tests.  If we substitute this function, LON-CAPA's domination will be
complete.
