There have been several emails floating around that appear to originate 
from

  admin@lon-capa.org

The body of this email claims that your email account is about to 
expire. Please note that this email did not originate from us, and that 
it contains a virus. There is nothing we can do to stop these messages 
from being sent. Please disregard any emails from admin@lon-capa.org.
