[LON-CAPA-users] Homework Feedback

In 0.99.3, as I student I send a question about a problem.

When I look at the message that was sent, I get most of the usual
information, but at the bottom, I get:

Correct Answer(s) (if applicable)
Not open to be viewed
Browsing resource, all submissions are temporary.
The problem will open on an unknown date



So I don't get to see the correct answer.  I get this even though the
problem appears to be open according to the problem parms, regardless of
whether or not it has been answered correctly.  In student view it lets
me answer the problem, told me that I was correct/incorrect and marks
the problem as done.

Is this a bug?
