Can you send this email to lon-capa-admin@msu.edu.  That list is more 
suitable for this type of question and it may have a different set of 
participants more eager to help you out with your issue. We're trying to 
keep lon-capa-users for questions regarding instructor and author issues 
within the LON-CAPA interface.
