  The export problem is perhaps a specific instance of a more general
 problem that could be solved: Allow access to construction space
 from any server, not just the home login server.  If that general
 problem is solved, then exporting docs to construction space winds
 up being a specific instance of the solution.  

   Perhaps, since lonc/lond are being rewritten (oops was I supposed
to say that) anyway, additional oomph could be put into them to
support remote construction space fetches?
