It is not looking for the title-tag. I'll test the h1-tag.

This is a useful feature to have in - otherwise the default title for
the problem is the file name, which is almost never useful, and looks
ugly.

I also noticed another annoyance, that it is a lot of work to add a
title (and other meta-data, presumably) after the problem has been
published in the course. I basically has to entirely remove the sequence
(sub-sequence) containing the problem from the course, and then put it
back in. It doesn't work simply to re-publish the problem after adding
the title. This is a little painful. (And I don't believe this is the
case if I just make a change in the content of the problem, is it?)
