Hi-

	The beginnings of some OU dependent help has been posted under
loncapa.phy.ohiou.edu/help

	Feel free to borrow anything appropriate. Prasenjit and I will be 
looking at trying to incorporate something more generic into the system.

	Along those lines, Guy (and whoever else wants to comment), is 
there a routine that will allow one to easily send an internal message to
a user?

	Generally speaking, if someone were to get a diagnostic message 
with information about someone having troubles, would this want to go to:

* someone course related
* the system administrator e-mail listed in loncapa.conf
* ???? A third configurable account?

Would on what e-mail or internal communication?
