Whoever has an IE 4.0 browser and could in detail describe what's happening and where stuff starts to go wrong should file the bug. I am not sure if things are necessarily connected to the
lonBrowsDet variable - IE 4.0 was a pretty sick browser. Nevertheless, since students have it, we need to support it.
