Resolved, I had to change some course coordinator settings.  Sorry about the noise.

I had to reinstall loncapa.winona.edu on an Ubuntu 24 Microsoft Azure "machine".

I believe the system is up and running properly: I can log in, create users, author problems, and create courses. https/SSL is running via EFF's certbot instructions.

However, when I log in as normal (Not domain coordinator), I can't edit a course I created as dc.  The error is:

Invalid map: /home/httpd/html/adm/notfound.html

In the list archives, this error is linked to ssl errors, but my site seems ok via whatsmychainincert
