[LON-CAPA-users] "slider" as a question type?

Hi Sally,

I have not created a slider question, but if I were going to do it, I would probably start with something like the information on this page:


and use it to but the slider value into a numericresponse or customresponse hiddentext (or perhaps a textline that is set to read-only so that the only way to enter the value is by use of the slider but the students can see what the slider is outputting).

Has anyone developed a slider question as a type of question? For example, I would like to ask students to give their confidence, using a slider bar, that the question they have answered is the correct answer.
