Yes, it might be!
I just used it as I always did with other type of problems: created a new composite page and imported the function plot response problem into it.

If this is not the right way, which one is?
Should I create  folder and import the problem into it?
Other ways?

Oh, you just wrote “course page” … that might cause issues. A functionplotresponse needs to be imported standalone, it cannot be part of an assembled page. Is that possibly the reason?
