[LON-CAPA-users] Basic LON-CAPA problem creation documentation

We had a student helping us code four Math courses this summer. Near the end of the summer we wrote some documentation on how to create some basic problems. This information is aimed at people with little to no experience with LON-CAPA or coding. I hope that you find this information useful.
