HI All,

This is unexpected behavior for me but perhaps working as designed?? I have an instructor with a quiz with numericresponses. He's giving one try on the quiz and no feedback until after the due date (problemstatus set to "No, show no feedback at all"). To our dismay we've discovered that students with the wrong number of sig figs get the "Answer Submitted: Your final submission will be graded after the due date." message when submitting but then "Submission not graded. Use more/fewer digits. Computer's answer now shown above" message when the answers become available.

Is this intended behavior for "show no feedback at all" and should we be using the "No, don't show correct/incorrect feedback" option instead? I can see where that may be the case, but it's not what we had expected. Thank you for any clarification!

Doug
